Flautissimo

The String Quartet No. 12 in F major op. 96 “Americano” is the second work written by the Czech composer in America in 1893, during his stay in Iowa, capable of conveying the flavours of American folklore. This is followed by the performance of Zwei Walzer op. 54, music for string quartet composed in 1879, taken from the cycle of waltzes for piano and published only after the musician's death in 1911.
